Biography

Ms. Patricia Williams joined the Stereotaxis team in 2025. She has over 20 years of experience as the General Counsel of substantial healthcare organizations and publicly traded companies, including Peabody Energy (NYSE: BTU), the integrated health care system SSM Health, and healthcare companies RehabCare Group (NYSE: RHB; Acquired by Kindred Healthcare) and Thermadyne Holdings (NSDQ: THC). Ms. Williams led all legal activities at these organizations and has substantial experience in operations, commercial agreements, litigation, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. She has further experience serving on the Board of Directors of public and private companies. Ms. Williams received her J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law, an M.B.A. from the Olin School of Business at Washington University, and a bachelor's degree from Southeast Missouri State University.
